this week in kindergarten
we played lots of ten frame games...
we played Ten Frame Snap on the iPads...
we brought our bears to school to celebrate the end of the
we made a map of our community during social studies workshop…
we went on a field trip to the police station and fire station...
A special thank you to all the parents that went on our field trip with us,
especially Andrew's dad who showed up in his police uniform!!

this week in kindergarten
we used 5 frames to play games and learn about numbers
we played Growing Kinders' caveman game...
and her kids on the bus activity...
and lots of other 5 frame games...
we wrote and illustrated (using our thumbprints) a poem about monsters...
we made monsters that love letters...
we made monster mash with Mrs. Raymore...
we practiced reading and sharing with our reading buddies...
we drew Christopher Columbus' three ships...
and we made a BIG mess at the art center during free choice...
