Our Nonfiction Posters
We study trees all year long. To kick off our nonfiction writing unit we researched some animals that might live in or near trees. We practiced becoming "experts" about a topic. We made information maps of our research and then made these nonfiction posters. As a group everyone had to have a different job...who would do the title, draw pictures, write facts?
