These are adorable! I need to do these next year. Did they use inventive spelling or spell words correctly? Did you give any specific directions?
ReplyDeleteI have let them draw their own hearts in the past, but this year I lightly traced a giant heart and they went over it with a marker. They did their own drawings and invented spellings after we read the story The Shape of My Heart by Mark Sperring.
